Return Process

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship to Toytown

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location across the GTA or Canada.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return at our Toronto warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
